11 dead and 31 rescued after boat capsizes in waters off Puerto Rico

Not less than 11 persons are dead and 31 have been rescued after a boat capsized in the waters off Puerto Rico, officers have confirmed.

The Coast Guard says that in the final fiscal 12 months, which ended on 30 September, it apprehended 1527 Haitians, 838 Cubans and 742 migrants from the Domincan Republic.
